Remeber our Vets
If my readers didn’t know, I recently separated from the military and am a veteran of the Iraq war. Something that I was proud to do for my family, friends, and nation. On November 12th the nation will observe Veteran’s Day. A day that is used for Americans to pay respect to all of those whose have sacrificed in the years past and those who are making the ultimate sacrifice now to ensure the safety of or nation and our freedoms. Even though I am no longer in the military, I have many friends who are still serving and making those sacrafices. The least i can do is take one day to pay my respect.
If you have the opportunity this weekend, make sure you show your appreciation and give thanks by shaking the had of someone who has stood in the face of danger for us. You can guarantee that I will be doing the same.

Donnie, to celebrate, I bet I know where we could get a free ticket to the middle east. =)
